Who We Are
Blueprint is a Bucharest-based boutique investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
The strategic alliance between Blueprint Capital Advisors and Stratulat Albulescu was created from a shared vision to combine complementary strengths and enhance the client experience through integrated legal and financial advisory services.
Bogdan has extensive experience in corporate finance, valuations, and structural funds. Prior to founding Blueprint Capital Advisors, Bogdan was Vice President at BICF | IMAP Romania and worked in Big Four advisory teams including Deloitte, PwC, and EY, as well as other independent advisory firms. Throughout his career, Bogdan has worked on numerous transactions, including the sale of Workshop and Eco Euro Doors to ROCA Industry, the acquisition of Duraziv by Saint-Gobain, the sale of Orange Money to Alpha Bank, and the acquisition of PetMart by Altius, among others.
