Blueprint is a boutique investment bank located in Bucharest that specializes in providing exceptional services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and capital raising.
The strategic alliance between Blueprint Capital Advisors and Stratulat Albulescu is born from a shared vision to leverage each other's strengths and enrich the client's experience by providing advice that combines the best of legal and financial advisory services.
Bogdan has vast experience in corporate finance, valuations and structural funds. Prior to founding Blueprint Capital Advisors, Bogdan was a Vice President of BICF | IMAP Romania and worked in Big4 advisory companies like Deloitte, PwC, EY as well as other independent companies. Over his tenure, Bogdan worked on a large number of transactions, including the sale of Workshop and Eco Euro Doors to ROCA Industry, the acquisition of Duraziv by Saint-Gobain, the sale of Orange Money to Alpha Bank, the acquisition of PetMart by Altius and other.
