Bogdan has vast experience in corporate finance, valuations and structural funds. Prior to founding Blueprint Capital Advisors, Bogdan was a Vice President of BICF | IMAP Romania and worked in Big4 advisory companies like Deloitte, PwC, EY as well as other independent companies. Over his tenure, Bogdan worked on a large number of transactions, including the sale of Workshop and Eco Euro Doors to ROCA Industry, the acquisition of Duraziv by Saint-Gobain, the sale of Orange Money to Alpha Bank, the acquisition of PetMart by Altius and other.
